At MAISON de SABRÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury leather goods. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible non-personalized items.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that personalized or monogrammed products are final sale and cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original MAISON de SABRÉ gift box and shipping carton, then attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location. Once received and inspected by our atelier, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
